With our annual electrical safety inspection, we'll:

- test all interior/exterior receptacles*

- test all interior/exterior lighting*

- ensure all required AFI/GFI locations are correctly protected*

- test all smoke and smoke/CO2 detectors*

- check torque specifications on breakers/lugs to make sure they are installed per manufacturers recommendations

- check for overheating in panel with thermal imaging*

- check for loose connections at all interior/exterior receptacles & switches with thermal imaging*

- test AFI/GFI breakers to ensure they are functioning properly*

- provide written report of all findings
